Cattle Drovers Drama in Period
I bought this movie to see Welsh actor Richard Lynch from Caerphilly act. He is very good and has an interesting screen (and stage) persona of strong countenance. His appearance in film is rare.
The other characters are good, realistically flawed, and we see a different scenery and a disparate people within the crux of their live’s trials and tribulations.
The scenery alone makes it worth seeing and the cast is great. I suggest getting a copy of the dvd before it runs out!

Literally Captivating
A really engaging movie that is overlooked these days, The Island of Dr. Moreau is a fascinating journey that plays on the viewers humor and emotions.
