Items works great, but only after maintenance.
Product came as pictured; however the Install CD was so scratched it would not read to install, so we had to use the online download...not a big deal. After install and set up we discovered there were multiple labels stuck wrapped around the roller in the first compartment. It took some time, but was fixed and printer works well now. However, this was not disclosed by seller...good thing we are able to troubleshoot and fix on our own.
