The quality of these kits seems to be very good and I got this one to keep on hand.

The quality is good. The mounting holes ...

The quality is good. The mounting holes did not match old recoil so I had to drill different holes. The holes matched but turned the recoil so the engine cover would not mount so I had to drill other holes.
