  The rating had to do with the seller's attitude. I understand that the seller may or may not fully know what is in their shipment but the seller has the right to admit if he or she doesn't know for sure what's inside. Because a lot of times if a buyer is uncertain they will not buy but when a seller deceitfully doesn't answer all questions they could seem deceptive: he fought me hard on the item. I have never in all my life had a seller battle me with eBay. eBay finally made it right with me.
