Waited 2 more days and sent another message explaining to him that I use these things to breathe and asking what the deal was?? Why he didn’t have the decency to literally take 1 minute to respond to a message is beyond me. Requested if he hadn’t shipped to Pls cancel and refund...which he did do, but overall terrible experience. Tried to message the seller several times, but never received a response. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to eBay and, 20 days later, I was able to get a refund. The seller never engaged in any way, so I can only assume they're going through a rough patch in their life and I wish them the best in getting through it. Sorry they weren't able to just message me and explain the lack of responsiveness.

Some people just aren't smart phone people
3 of 3 found this helpful NOT WHAT I EXPECTED- First let me say that this is my first Smart Phone and I've only had it for roughly a month so don't take my word as Gospel. The phone isn't as "user friendly" as my girl friends Galaxy S4. Finding info about the phone and it's workings to me isn't easily found in the phone itself, Secondly- And this one is all on me for not researching/or thinking about how much ram it has which is only 512mb so after only downloading a couple of apps my phone started to be really slow and do weird things. Thirdly- The battery life that almost everyone said was good isn't, [ i purchased a brand new battery after i got the phone and it's no better than the 1 1/2 year old battery that came with phone]. I think the bottom line of this review is. I'M not a Smart Phone Guy and I miss my reliable Flip Phone which I intend to go back to. P.S. everyone says i'll get use to it. I DON'T HAVE THE PATIENCE.

great battery
this battery is working very well, even though I havent had it very long it is working with no issues and the 3 yr. warranty makes it almost worry free

IT WORKS
product works as well or even better then I thought it would, makes things allot easier then with the short rubber hose that originally came with the blower
