Very poor product

Very disappointed with this purchase. The kettle takes a long time to boil, it continues boiling for a long time before switching off and it is very noisy. It would be easier to fill if the lid opened wider. Overall a very poor design. The Kenwood kettle it has repaced was far superior in all aspects. A pity that model is no longer available nor anything similar in that make. I would definitely not recommend this item.
