Everything I expected and more.

I've only had this about a month so I can't attest to the longevity yet, though I have no reason to doubt it. Tested with the 24-pin tool upon receiving it, turned on as expected. I was able to install the PSU into two different cases fairly smoothly. The cables are a little bulky and rigid making routing a little rough at first. Still, being modular and labeled at the ends was a great help. No noticeable sound. Warranty was extended by registering on the company website.
