There junk and they dont back there product

Ive been trying for 9 days in a row to get them replaced. Ive had problems since i installed them. They keep asking for more and more pictures. Ive sent them over 20 pictures and tried every possible scenario of how to make them work and they still dont. Now i have a truck with no taillights. Im very un happy. If they would stand behind there product i wouldnt mind that the ones they sold me weren't good. I understand they sell thousands and thousands your bound to end up with a bad one or two. But back your work. I would like my taillights replaced or send me my money back
