Love My New Support The Troops Engine!
I powered it up with my new MRC Prodigy Advanced2 system. The engine has a code 3 ID so I left it at that for the time being.
When I turned the power on, the engine start up sounds were impressive, as were the bell and the horn. I was easily able to enter their Athearn CV codes into the MRC Cab throttle.
Besides the superb detailing, I put the throttle to the lowest setting and engine steadily creeped along without any jerks or hesitations. Fantastic!
I'm just getting back into the hobby at 73, so there's a 50 year technology gap I'm getting caught up with. LOL
