The packaging was careful. It arrived smoothly, but it was damaged during shipping.
I have filed a complaint with the shipping company.
As shown in the photo description, it would be great if the product was not damaged.
A great seller who did their best to respond.

VENZO Bike Cassette Remover Chain Whip Pliers 5-11 Speed

Great Tool, But NOT A Replacement For A Chainwhip
Nice quality tool and very useful, particularly if you remove your cassettes frequently for cleaning like I do. It is important to note that this tool will only grab the smallest two or three sprockets, and it only grabs at two points. I am saying this point out that if you have a very firmly seated locking ring, you may need a traditional chainwhip, since it will have better leverage and it will engage several teeth simultaneously. I see this as a tool to supplement a regular chainwhip, NOT as a replacement.

Trek Madone 5.5

Suspect Build Quality
Compared to a modern Taiwanese carbon bike, the 5.5 really is not in the same ballpark. The joints are actually flexing and cracking the paint on mine, and the power transfer is just awful. I think most of the issue can be traced to a combination of inferior quality material and a lack of proper reinforcement at the bottom bracket. A modern Asian bike is 1000% than this one from Trek. My guess is that the 5.5 models may have been some of their earlier attempts at outsourcing production.
