1 of 1 found this helpful We were really surprised at how easy the Philips Advanced Pasta Maker is to use. Mix all your dry ingredients and put in the hopper. Turn it on to let it cycle a bit and then add your liquids. Have something to catch your pasta and cut to whatever length you want it as it comes out or let it go and cut it later or don't cut it at all. My wife likes the noodles long for Vietnamese dishes and it makes them great.
