Not too shabby. Takes modification of dash AND Metra bezel on 99 S10 ZR2 pickup at least
It's really the only option that makes zener, but in my 99 S10 ZR2 pickup. I had to heat stretch, trim ,joint all 4 corners with relief cuts. And heat again which led to "stretching" the divider a but which led to more modification. Tried on amazon 150$ "double din" swore it was Amazon's cheap units fault, so I tried a friend's newer (2019/2020) model ALPINE..sane issue. But with a heat gun and a 2x4, small utility knife. I made it work in about 1/2 hour. I didn't have the loose bottom left corner as 2 guys on youtube with similar year pickups (s10) had. Mine was the thin part above HVAC. And even with it perfect, your HVAC controls seem inset more than I'd like. But it does appear factory-ISH..bit to "smooth/cheap" compared yo our factory textured bezels. I'd spray mine with a KRYLON TEXTURED BLACK if I could do it over. But trust me. Once you get that sucker in? LEAVE IT ALONE..pretty strong construction/ takes serious pressure, slight bending. Lots if pressure....did NOT snap as I felt it would at any moment.. nit plug and play but worth it....
