Great budget gaming machine
First, I have to say the 120hz refresh rate is amazing. I didn't know I needed over 60hz until now, and I'll likely never be able to go back. The brightness isn't the greatest at 250 - 270 nits, but assuming most consumers will be using this indoors you shouldn't have any issues.
This is a great option for a budget gaming machine, especially during a time when desktop GPU's are of very limited supply. The machine is fast and responsive however, a lot of games may max out your RAM. Luckily, the internals of this machine is easy to access and adding additional RAM is super easy and affordable. Going from 8 to 16 GB will double your framerate and provide a much better gaming experience. Just ensure to purchase the same speed.
The keyboard is pleasant to type on and the backlighting makes it easy for working in the evenings. It doesn't offer the greatest battery life, but with an Intel i7 and a dedicated RTX graphics chip, that's to be expected.
Overall a highly recommended machine as a workstation or gaming platform.

Fast even for today's standards!
Recently put one of these in a project budget build, and I was impressed with the performance considering its age. Paired with a GTX 1050 Ti this cpu could play any game on the market with ease at high settings. If you're putting together a high performance budget PC, an older i7 like this is the way to go.

Great Workhorse
A great CPU for a Workstation or home office. Not recommended for gaming however, It can complete the task with low frames. These days this CPU has an incredible value to performance ratio.
