Great commuter light.
The low-beam feature is really useful. There are some folks who will find any headlight "blinding," but honestly when running on low beam, this light is really different. On the combined high-low beam it is pretty bright, but could have a bit longer range. The power monitoring in terms of remaining time is super useful, perhaps the best feature (also, you generally get more time than it tells you, so there is a margin of error). The second brightest setting is nearly as bright as the top setting but gives more time. Even the third setting is pretty useful and offers a lot time. Moving between brightness settings is very easy. It Is somewhat less easy to move between low-beam and high-low combo; unfortunately you have to pass through blinking to complete the cycle. Also worth noting is that it includes a USB cable but no charger, so if you don't have a USB charger, you will need to get one.

Very rugged phone great for folks who enjoy outdoor activities in all weather.
If you don't need the capabilities of a smart phone but want the capabilities of texting, music, and some limited photography this might be the phone for you. The small size and it's resistance to shock and moisture are its greatest strengths for folks who are active outdoors. These phones are almost impossible to kill.
