LOVE IT!
3 of 3 found this helpful We were concerned about some of the other comments regarding noise. For us it just quietly hums. Works great! Very happy with this purchase.
We used to stop at Sonic at least every other day to buy a bag of nugget ice. It would freeze up into blocks in the freezer thereby wasting some of the ice. I would have to listen to my husband bang the bag of ice on the counter to loosen it up. I do not miss that noise every night. The Opal nugget ice maker has actually made my evenings more peaceful.
Do not regret this purchase, not one penny. It will pay for itself in less than 6 months. Not to mention saving me the time and gas from stopping at Sonic to pick up ice.
