LOVE my greenhouse!!
I live in North Dakota, where we live with lots and lots of strong winds. When I first received and assembled my greenhouse 4 years ago, we got hit with a strong weather system that pounded my greenhouse with sustained 45 mph winds for an entire day. With the anchoring we had, she rode out the storm like a trooper. I was immediately impressed! The poor thing has endured 3 full seasons of being in this sort of weather - strong storms, high winds, hail, high heat, deep cold, etc. We took it down in the summer, sometimes more towards fall, and put it up again late winter early spring. Finally last season after having limbs and shingles do damage, she finally succumbed to the elements. This season we chose to simply replace the tarp cover. The frame was still in tact and strong. I think this greenhouse kit is an amazing deal and a tough little trooper. Very high quality heavy duty tarp cover that handles a LOT! We used and abused and she hung in there. I HIGHLY recommend this product! I do recommend that you anchor it with something more than the stakes that come with it. We used homemade anchors made from rebar. Also, we bought carriage bolts to replace the wing but bolts that were included. It was a minor expense that made a tremendous difference. We had the best luck with stability when we used straps attached to anchor it down more. Just an all around great product well worth the cost. The company has been super to deal with and shipping was very fast. Service was great. I can't say enough. Buy it!
