Worst product I ever bought on eBay. Complete rubbish

This product fails to connect to the Bose Connect app despite being connected to Bluetooth. So I can not control the noise cancellation levels or Google assistant. The action button fails to function too. It appears to be a piece of plastic attached to nothing! Absolutely no functionality!
