Not great quality - especially the spring
I fitted this item which on the face of it looked good quality. However, when I compressed the spring whilst trying to bleed it, it stayed compressed.
I removed the cylinder and used compressed air to get the plunger and spring out, refitted them and tested the spring. Again, the plunger went down and stayed there.
I removed the spring from the old cylinder and the difference was immense - the gauge of the spring wire was about 3 times thicker!.
I ended up using the old spring in the new cylinder and there was an amazing difference in how the plunger sprung back with real pressure.
I've had it fitted for a few days now and I checked for leaks last night - it feels a bit wet around the bleed nipple but I'll wait a few more days to pass judgement on that.
