easy of assembly made of recycled materials, reasonable cost
Item is easy to assemble and contains recycled plastic. You change the look of it by simply switching the boards around. The plantings seem happy as all are thriving. The price was very reasonable and only time will tell about durability. The state of New York has long winters so we will see how they hold up.

The book makes you think and be more self aware to aid in healing
I took this book out of the public library and renewed it several times. I decided I wanted a copy for myself to read and reflect on at leisure. The book challenges you to take a truthful inventory of yourself and habitual patterns that are self limiting. If you try and practice what is offered here you can gain self awareness and healing. This book is full of compassion not blame as many "diet" books are. The information is clearly defined and there is plenty of room for exploration/experimentation. Our bodies have cellular memory and things like unexpressed emotions can get "stuffed" into the tissues. I know this to be true from my work as a LMT. Deepak Chopra's words reach out a hand to help pull us from our self-made situations with loving kindness.

Reduces stress wonderfully and quickly.
I have found that this product does help in times of overwhelming stress. I was given a free sample bottle and since it worked so well I purchased more of the item.
