true powerhouses
4 of 4 found this helpful Taramps amps are true powerhouses. Slapping my skar subs. Worth every penny. They are much smaller than other amps in there class. They make rated power. They replaced the skar amps in ol blue. I went from 4900 rms to 14400 rms. People say the fan is loud. I beat my 2 hd 3ks and the 8k for and hr. The fans never came on and I was staying around 13.7 volts at 32 output on my Kenwood front end. The subs were heating up but not the amps. So far luv the amps. Only time will tell on longevity. I just wish taramps would make a gain control instead of clip indicator.

Pretty good for the price
These are good first time subs. They will not handle the rated power though. If your looking to add some cheap bump in the trunk these are a good option for it. For the price they sound good. Off the shelf box and all. The box is 1.2 cubes per sub. Running on an old pioneer amp. This system was installed in one of my sons friends car. I did pro bono so didn't spend a fortune. It's an all pyle system. - the sub amp.
