Pump bottle did not give the desired(or usual) results for unknown reason
Used it 3 different times.Cleaned my face in the shower with soap and when my face was dry I applied the serum. Waited about 20 minutes and saw no improvement under eye. Tried to shake up the pump bottle of serum and could not feel the contents moving as I shook the bottle. My skin had an oily, undried residue on it. Applied more. Waited 15 minutes.Same thing happened.Washed the serum off and used some plexaderm from a prior order. It worked like it should. Could feel it tightening within a couple minutes after application. Tried the new serum in the bottle the next day and had the same non-result. I must conclude the serum is old or possibly dried out. I will be returning the unused portion as soon as I can. Plexaderm works for me but this pump bottle did not. Puzzled!
