The best investment for any cook.
1 of 1 found this helpful This knife was recommended by America's Test Kitchens. It cuts through vegetables like butter. I was able to prep all my vegetables without having to stop and sharpen the blade. I sliced tomatoes so thin, I could see through them. I didn't have to puncture the skin to get a clean cut. I was able to dice my onions in record time and the pieces were uniform. I could actually mince them.
