Great

First off its a really great muscle break i was not expecting that it really keeps you on the point of aim in rapid fire. With the sound forward on it helps keep the sound and blast out of your face you still need earplugs but i did try it without it wasn't nearly as bad as it is with standard birdcage the sound forward does negate the benefits of the break however but that is to be expected
