Set up issues
Set up was a little challenging. I had to call support because setup site would not open on my computer. Support gained access to my computer and opened the set-up site. Support said I had viruses that prevented the site from opening for me. They attempted to sell me some virus protection and cleaner starting at $180 but ending at $90. When I declined, support hung up the phone but kept the set-up site open; which I was able to complete set-up. Weird and suspecting engagement. Once set-up, product works as I intended. I’m still a little concerned about support having access to my computer and potential data.
