Almost 5 stars ... buy it!
Once installed, started spinning immediately and restored the roof top heat pump / air-conditioner to working order. This $120 part versus a $1200 roof-top unit replacement ... would definitely recommend. The only minor problem keeping it from 5 stars was that the new motor mounting posts did not match the old motor holes in the existing mounting plate (rear side, inside fan) and support bracket (front side, outside fan). Required some filing of the holes (about half the diameter of each mounting post) and climbing on/off the roof a couple/three extra times. Otherwise a drop-in replacement part. Fortunately, perfect centering is not critical to design of the system, and as a matter of fact this new motor is closer to center than the original. The fans fit easily on the shaft without play.

Once you're sure this is the right part for you RV basement doors, get them. Drop-in perfect replacement parts. No binding. Because of how RV manufacturers swap parts between models/years, take one of your old latches to a local RV parts store to match the right number. Then order here for a much better price.
