I asked for a refund/return and he responded with a “partial refund” of 30 percent. I got in touch with the manufacturer and they said that the item was unrepairable but still in warranty . They sent me a brand new one, no charge. So, I got what I wanted to begin with but absolutely no thanks to the seller. This seller is unreliable and difficult to work with, steer clear.
