Specs looked better on paper
1 of 1 found this helpful People say 4k is amazing, that's because they use mini LEDs. 2k is just 2x bigger than 1080 (1K). Refresh rate is better, but the difference between 144 Hz (.006 sec) and 240 Hz (.004) is far less noticeable than the jump from 60 Hz (.016). Also, kinda impossible to game 2K 240 Hz. From a horrible TN panel to a decent VA panel, red and brown were the only colors that looked different. Wouldn't have noticed if they weren't side by side. Freesync & Gsync: can only use one yet adds to the price. With all three syncs OFF (free, G, V), screen tearing mysteriously disappeared. Useless? Curved display: nothing good or bad, it was just there. The good thing is the height, swivel, and tilt adjustments.
