Best of the old style pedometers
This one is accurate for steps, whether you put it on your sock, or on your waist. It has multi-directional detection, so can detect when you are walking accurately. Unfortunately, this is no longer available. This one on Ebay was the last I had found. The new ones now use acceleratorometer. They are not as accurate for going up and down stairs or just walking around the house. They also don't work as well putting the device on your sock or shoe.

great for detangeling after wash. Dies have a scent.
Too bad they don't make this any more.

Easy to install.
Easy to install, no issues. Snap out the old from the bottom by prying with a screw driver. Unplug the 3 or 4 cables. Plug in the new one, then snap back in. The largest cable has a rather difficult clip to overcome. Push the clip lock with a screwdriver towards the cable center.
