Good for the money
These are obviously not top of the line tools but for the money they are good enough for odd jobs. There was no storage rack included with mine.

Good Scope for the money
I gave this scope an extra star allowing for the very low price. Other than that it's pretty so-so. It is quite clear and the cross hairs seem to track correctly. I needed almost all the eye piece adjustment to get a focus at 50 yards and the parallax ring feels a little rough as it moves. I cannot speak to the strength of its construction. I'm using it on a .22 rimfire for small varmints around the property so there is nothing at risk if it suddenly malfunctions.
