Pleasant taste !
2 of 2 found this helpful Very pleasant tasting actually !! I have lupus and I'm hoping it may help. I've noticed I don't feel so hungry during the day after a couple of cups of this. I use 1 teaspoon per cup in a teapot and brew for 5 minutes. Apparently it's best to use the same leaves twice more to extract everything from the leaves.
