The product I ordered had an estimated arrival date by January 28th. I looked on my order summary & it shows the product has not been shipped out yet. I have sent the seller 2 messages on to different days asking for a status update on the product that I ordered, had it been shipped & the tracking # if it had been shipped. I haven't received a response back from the seller yet & it is a couple of days past the supposed estimated delivery date.
