Usable for most any at home automotive diagnostic vacuum test.
It pumps up the 10 Hg vacuum. Doesn't seem to go beyond, even though the dial goes well beyond. Did not get information as to what vacuum level it should go to, but for as little as I know and have used it on my vehicle ('92 Ranger), -10" Hg should be adequate for the vacuum checks I need..
It has many fittings included, which probably should enable usage in most any auto application.

Works well. Initial lighting took some finesse.
I’ve only used it once, so far. It was a little finicky getting going, which the instructions imply would be the case. To help facilitate lighting, I nuked some white rice in a cloth bag and set the fueled unit in that for a couple minutes. (See photo). This must have helped vaporize the fuel, because it started to heat with the next lighting attempt.
I used Ronsonol fluid. Might go easier with the Zippo Premium.
