Items are shipped from Nashville Tennessee. Most items will ship USPS Ground Advantage ; however, with shipping delays at USPS I also compare at time of shipping with UPS to see if it will arrive the same time frame or quicker. Books will ship USPS Media Mail as listed in listing.
