Worked With Slight Changes
We replaced an older fish fryer that we use on our grill with this version.
Everything was present as advertised, of good quality, packaged well.
This grill will not work on fish filets thinner than about 1/2-inch.
We often grill thin filets of Dover Sole; it would slide around in the basket as is.
The grill basket is turned over once as the fish cooks, it happens quickly.
I used some tools to modify the basket cover such that it lays down much tighter.
Grilled some Halibut (not skinny) in it tonight, still works fine on thicker fish!
Worked great, cleaned up easy, we're on our way...
