The device owner has disabled Developer mode for this device. To enable, use the chromebook recovery utility to make a usb drive. Then restore it with the usb drive. After the system was updated, it did let me go straight into developer mode after that with no issues.

Fixed my diesel 6x4 gator

Gator didn't start; burnt electrical smell from back of the gator. Disconnected the solenoid and tested resistance. Resistance check failed. Replaced part.
