Biography of black entrepreneur millionaire who lived 1867 and 1919
This book tells the history of Madam C J Walker and how she left field work and housekeeping jobs to go out on her own. She wanted to help the black population who were experiencing the loss of hair due to chemicals used to wash it. She developed a shampoo hair treatment that helped the black population's challenge.
The success she had is phenomenal and this biography tells of how Madam C J Walker's net worth was over a million dollar through her enterprises.
This is a very inspiring book with a biography of a black entrepreneur who became a millionaire. She lived between December 23, 1867 and May 5, 1919.

Alpine MusicSafe Pro Earplugs
This earplug is great. It is the first one I found that will allow me to go to a concert with a choir of 200 people. The audio system has pumped up the volume, so that in addition to the voices, there is an added element.
My one challenge with the earplug set is removal from my ears after using them. I have a hard time getting them out without using a tweezers. The end of the earplug does not lend itself to easy removal. I am not sure if there is a safe procedure for this. I would like to have a solution to this challenge.

Book: We Gotta Get Out of This Place
This book tells first-hand experiences of our soldiers in the Viet Nam war. It gives the story of their feelings of uncertainty since the war was not popular at home. The soldiers found American songs of all genres to be a comfort to them from the general uncertainty of why they were there.
The title song is one that was a rock and roll hit by a group named the Animals. II became an anthem for the soldiers. It is one they wanted to hear from foreign singing groups during their stay.
I have not gotten very far into this book; this review is based on what I have learned from the beginning chapters. Not being a veteran, this is very interesting to help me learn about military life in a war that I remembrer.
