    Having to open a case is a bad sign of a failed transaction. 38 days later after purchase and no item has shipped, excuses are made and then communication goes silent is something that sometimes happens on a five dollar item from China. On larger transactions this is very unprofessional and disappointing. Negative feedback is being left to warn other potential buyers to beware.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We are taking immediate steps to resolve this for you. We were not able to use Ebay shipping service due to the weight (over 150 pounds). We had to use ESTES FREIGHT SERVICE products were shipped on a pallet, your satisfaction is our top priority.
