Not straight, would not fit.
The verticle pieces on one of the two sides were not welded to the horizontal bar at 90 degree angles. This meant that it would not bolt up even with the very long slotted holes. 15 to 20 degrees off is alot, you could see it from across the room. I used my floor jack and log chain to fashion a hydraulic press and bend the frame so I could bolt it up to my engine. The second side needed similar pursuation but not nearly as much.

You get what you pay for
Would not screw on the threaded lock rod. I had to run a tap into the knob first. The chrome is pretty good on the part.
