Sound better than they feel
They are decidedly heavier than my SHP9500’s but nearly everything is. However, the cups are thick and barely offer enough space for my ears to fold into. Wearing them for 8 hours can be fatiguing, especially if you are sweat prone. But the audio is impressive. The bass is interesting because while it’s not punchy it is articulate. So while you don’t “feel” it as such you certainly hear it very well.
Overall I’m very happy with them. I plan to mod the cups to alleviate my discomfort and have run them through a nice amp to help the low end fidelity.
