Great product works as intended.
Product shipped by USPS came in packaging surrounded by foam. Even through the box was smashed the fragile carbon element was undamaged.
It is the same as the factory original.
It installed easily and it worked as intended.

It "just works"
My washer wouldn't power up. It had a burned resistor on system board. The replacement board worked like a charm.

This hose works great and is as good if not better than the orignal.
This product is awesome.
I have used other hoses by other vendors and they would break internally if the handle was coiled around in small radius.
This is hose is much better and very similar to the original and is of equal or better quality as the original hose.
