Elite undead to challenge the living
Interesting sculpts allowing you to create units of higher level undead, or leaders for groups of low level undead. Also nice if you are planning an adventure around an old abandoned temple or tomb. The various weapon options mean that you can create small similarly armed units, or some rather more unique individuals to use as leaders or stand alone opponents. While the bodies are all very similarly armored the various head, weapon and shield option give you the ability to create different looks.

Excellent value numerous options
Nicely detailed figures with numerous options for assembly. With 6 sprues each having 5 bodies, 5 shields, 10 heads and a multitude of weapon options you can create small fairly uniform groups, for more disciplined appearing units, or make wildly diverse hordes. This makes them nice for skirmish groups, or random encounters. There is only one left handed weapon option, however with some work you can convert the shield arms by trimming them a bit flatter, and cutting weapons off of right hands to glue to the lefts. You can then make the former weapon arm a shield arm if you wish. If you also have the goblin slaves set there are even certain arms you can mix between the sets, allowing you to create a goblin infantry slave driver wielding a whip, or goblin slaves armed with bows or spears allowing even more options, and opportunities to create fairly unique figures.

Gritty, grungy, goblin gang.
Good details and lots of options. If you need a group of grimy goblins slaves, or a poorly organized and equipped goblin horde, then this is the set for you. No two weapons are exactly alike, and several are makeshift, or are tools that were at hand. While all of the arms have manacles with a loop for chains on them, that loop can be easily clipped off making them into a simple armband. One of the arms is cracking a whip, so you could create a slave master for the other goblins, or for any unfortunate beings the goblins may encounter. While lacking uniformity, and high quality weaponry, the choices allow you to create more individualistic goblins. If you also get the Goblin infantry set some of the arm options can also be used with this set allowing you to arm some goblins with better weapons.
