  A terrible experience. In Ebay message seller told me there was a 14K necklace & 14K bracelet in lot. Not true. Description mentioned Sterling, but no disclosure that at least 80% was broken. Under those circumstances lot not worth 1/4 of price paid. Seller doesn't accept returns, so had to open a case. In her case response, the seller repeatedly said fault was mine for NOT ASKING HER the condition of jewelry. Also, should have mentioned that she intended to ship in snarled tangle.

  This is the first negative review I’ve ever had to leave. Items purchased as a set on 10/16; one was received broken due to poor wrapping. Agreed to keep one & receive refund for broken item. Refund was very delayed and not sent until 11/29 after numerous inquiries, and then received a money order by mail 12/1. Numerous messages went unanswered until I threatened to have EBay step in to help. Why not CCard refund? Very negative experience due to hassle, anxiety, poor seller communication
