Excellent lens
3 of 3 found this helpful Solid build, very sharp at all apertures until diffraction limiting kicks in (~ f/16), which is typical in Micro 4:3 lenses. Quiet AF & manual focus operations allows for video use. Pleasant, soft bokeh wide open.

Simple but effective
For Olympus photographers who prefer hand-held shooting over tripod use, removing the 40-150mm f/2.8 lens’s tripod foot makes handling much more convenient. The downside is that the naked lens barrel has several exposed screws that feel funny and—if exterior aesthetics matter to you—look a bit crude. This simple ring solves those issues, but it is a difficult item to find at retail. This item was reasonably priced, was delivered promptly, and is just what I wanted.
