A must read !!

This book has changed the way I eat for good. It really opened my eyes. The way you have been taught to eat is wrong. I sincerely hope that people get a hold of this. I've lost a lot of weight and not been hungry. Also had blood tests done 6 months apart and all of my numbers bear out the proof. I have gotten other people to read it with similar results. Wish I could have read it 30 years ago.

More like a pamphlet than a book.

I would not have purchased it if I had known how little information it contained. No pictures. I would not recommend this at all !
