Great product
2 of 2 found this helpful Great product. I went on the optifast program under doctor supervision and lost a lot of weight. I buy it now to make a super vitamin shake for lunch. I add some fiber powder to it as well and it makes me feel full until dinner. It helps keep the pounds off and cholesterol low. Vanilla is my favorite and taste very good.
