Award-Winning Speakers that Impress & Offer Tremendous Value

Build Quality: 9/10 (solid construction; great fit and finish for a sub $300 speaker)
Design: 8.5/10 (clean and simple; rounded edges are a nice change from regular boxy types)
Highs: 9/10 (low distortion, wide dispersion)
Mids: 9/10 (lush, very enjoyable)
Bass Response: 8/10 (specs mention they only go down to 64Hz, but bass is punchy; try placing the speakers closer to the back wall and store the foam bungs in a place you'll remember)
Price: 10/10 (I bought these for $250 shipped; don't pay more than that)
Other notes: impressive dynamics, incredibly engaging sound, great in a near field listening environment, stands are better than brackets, can be used without a subwoofer in smaller rooms, uncertain of whether or not the gloss and leatherette finishes are worth the extra money, easy to drive

Excellent Price-Performance Ratio
While these cables are made from parts you can purchase separately on eBay, you are paying for the convenience of not having to assemble them yourself, and you can rest assured that they are put together properly. I bought these knowing that and am very satisfied with my purchase decision. The flex jacket, wire gauge, and quality of the banana plugs are all of great quality and the speaker cables perform as they should. Having banana plugs rather than spades or bare wire is a huge benefit to me because I often swap out speakers in my computer audio setup to determine which speakers I like best or to simply test them.
These Samurai cables offer great value because of their favorable price-performance ratio and I would happily purchase them again. I may try a lower gauge wire in the future, but it would be overkill for the length of the cable run (less than 20 feet) and my application. It would simply offer peace of mind -- just like the decision of choosing Samurai cables.
