Easy to swallow
I haven't had the opportunity to do the 3 x a day but I have taken them and its seems find. Once I get on a schedule to take as prescribed I'm pretty sure it will be even more effective. My oncologist recommended I take a multiple vitamin and this one seem to go
with my high blood /potassium medicine
