The Gospels as read by David Suchet
Magnificently performed by Suchet. Never rushed or boring, his incredibly mellow voice resounds with every nuance. Strongly recommended, I listen to it as often as I can when driving. It would be impossible to find a more accomplished, listenable individual bringing the Holy Gospels to life.

Jerry Hadley-Golden Days
Wonderful recreations by this unfortunately late, magnificent tenor recorded in the early 90's. All of the selections by Friml, Herbert and Romberg are marvelous, and the orchestral accompaniment with Paul Gemignani superb. How truly sad that Hadley is no longer with us.....

Great CD, wonderful orchestra, authentic in every respect, a must have....
Rick Benjamin's Paragon group produces WONDERFUL music, whatever the genre. This CD of Black Manhattan is just perfectly done, the selections musically enchanting, tempi just spot on, I cannot speak highly enough of this terrific recording and recommend it with five stars, they do not come any better than this!
