Amp stop working after 2 weeks

Had amp installed .. Been installing audio for over 15 years I'm familiar with the wiring and process when coming to wire up a amplifier . the amp was doing well but after 2 weeks of play it went into protect and has not work since . trying to figure out if company will replace its probably a bad amp out of the batch . but no answer yet
