  Seller listed item as 'in stock.' I ordered item and paid for it. Seller accepted my order and payment. Seller's listing said they would ship within one day of ordering. I waited but did not receive my item. Seller did not post any shipment tracking information. I contacted seller to ask about the status, but in reply I received only a garbled rewording of my own inquiry message, with no useful information. Seller never shipped my item. (But they still list it for sale, delivery in 2-4 days.) ??

  I had purchased Bostar tool posts in the past and was very satisfied. This time I purchased a BXA post and never received the item. I sent several messages to seller and they never responded. I had to contact ebay about never receiving the time and finally got a full refund. Now the seller has changed the listing to indicate item is out of stock. Very poor communication.

  EBay didn’t reveal the seller is actually CDCO Machinery Corp out of Schaumburg, Illinois until after purchase, shame on them. I had bad experience w/ CDCO before and never would have purchased. 95% they are good w/ good products. But if a problem, nothing. They don’t answer phone, even removed phone #s from their website. This time like last, they took my money and never shipped. 3 emails plus msg from eBay all ignored. Zero response. Spare the frustration potential, go elsewhere.

  Seller would not respond when I asked for combined shipping. Seller never sent item and I had to go to Ebay to file complaint. Not a good way to treat customers. If you are out of stock and mistakenly kept the listing up, just tell me instead of ignoring me. Apparently I am not the only one who had this same problem after reading sellers feedback.
